Top Up with Palawan Pay

To Top Up via Palawan Pay, follow these steps.

Step 1

On your home page, tap Top Up.

Step 3

Select Palawan Pay as your preferred e-wallet partner.

Step 4

Tap the "Sample form" and follow provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to exactly copy the provided Account Number and Account Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.

Step 5

Open Palawan Pay app and login.

Step 6

Tap Send Money.

Step 7

Tap to other e-wallet or online bank.

Step 8

Tap View All.

Step 9

Choose Asenso.

Step 10

Paste copied Account Number and Account Name from TOP.PH app.

Step 11

Enter the Amount.
Note: Top Up the amount of P200 and less will have a transaction fee of P10.

Step 12

Tap Next.

Step 13

Review details then Confirm.

Step 14

Enter your Pin.

Step 15

An OTP from Palawan Pay will be sent to your mobile to proceed.

Step 16

Key in the provided OTP.

Step 17

An electronic receipt will confirm your transaction for Palawan pay a success.

Step 18

You will receive a confirmation SMS message from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
