Step 2 Complete and sign the instaPay/PESONet Application Form. Step 3 Submit the filled-out and signed application form to the branch personnel for processing. Step 4 EQB branches accept instaPay and PESONet transactions until 3:30 PM. Step 5 Once processed, a service fee of fifteen pesos (P15.00) will be deducted from the sender's EQB account.
