Here are the steps to receive cash via the sender's Favorites.

Step 1

You have to be included in the Sender's TOP.PH favorites.

Step 2

You will receive an SMS regarding the sent cash with the Amount, Date, Time, and new TOP Cash balance.

Step 3

You can also check if you have received the fund when you log in to your TOP.PH account. Here's how: Launch your TOP.PH app. Under the homepage, tap the inbox icon on the lower right side of your screen that will route you to your transaction history.
