Follow these steps to Top Up with the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB)

On your home page, tap Top Up.

Tap "View all" and select United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) as your preferred bank partner

Tap the "Sample form" and follow the provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to exactly copy the provided Account Number and Account Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.

Open the UCPB, App and log in.

Step 6

Enter your OTP (one-time password).

Step 7

Go to Main Menu.

Step 8

Click Transfer Funds.

Step 9

Transfer to other Banks.

Step 10

Select "InstaPay."

Step 11

Enter the amount.

Step 12

Input the "Purpose of Transfer."

Step 13

Beneficiary Bank choose "Asenso."

Step 14

In Beneficiary Account Number, enter your Top Up Account Number.

Step 15

Tap "Confirm."

Step 16

View and Review Details, then Click "Proceed to Transfer."

Step 17

Authenticate the password of your UCPB.

Step 18

A successful transaction screen will appear.

You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
