Follow these steps to Top Up with the Union Bank of the Philippines (UB)
Step 1
Log in to your TOP.PH app.
Step 2
On your home page, tap Top Up.
Step 3
Tap "View all" and select Union Bank as your preferred bank partner.
Step 4
Tap the "Sample form" and follow the provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to exactly copy the provided Account Number and Account Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 5
Open the Union Bank of the Philippines (UB), App and log in.
Step 6
Tap Send Money on your dashboard.
Step 7
Select Other Banks & E-Wallets.
Step 8
Tap Instapay.
Step 9
Fill in the needed information, then tap next.
Note: Paste the copied Account Number and Account Name from TOP.PH app.
Step 10
Enter the amount, then tap next.
Step 11
Review details and tap Transfer.
Step 12
Place your fingerprint to proceed.
Step 13
A successful transaction screen will appear.
Step 14
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
