Follow these steps to Top Up with the UCPB Savings Bank, Inc.
Step 1
Log in to your TOP.PH app.
Step 2
On your home page, tap Top Up.
Step 3
Tap "View all" and select UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. as your preferred bank partner.
Step 4
Tap the "Sample form" and follow provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to copy the provided Account Number and Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 5
Login using your UCPB Connect Username and Password.
Step 6
To Confirm your transaction, you will need a One-time Password (OTP) to log in.
Note: You have to choose SMS or Email to receive the OTP.
Step 7
Enter your OTP number and tap "Ok."
Step 8
Tap "Main menu" on the upper left corner of the screen and select Transfer Funds.
Step 9
Tap "Transfer to other Banks" and select "Instapay."
Step 10
Fill in the needed information, then tap 'Proceed to Transfer.'
Note: Paste the copied Account Number and Account Name from TOP.PH app.
Step 11
Enter your password to verify your transaction.
Step 12
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
