Follow these steps to Top Up with the Philippine Savings Bank
Step 1
Log in to your TOP.PH app.
Step 2
On your home page, tap Top Up.
Step 3
Tap "View all" and select Philippine Savings Bank as your preferred bank partner.
Step 4
Tap the "Sample form" and follow the provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to copy the provided Account Number and Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 5
Open the PSBank mobile app and log in.
Step 6
Tap "View my accounts."
Step 7
Tap "Create transactions."
Step 8
Tap "Fund transfer."
Step 9
Tap "Transfer to unenrolled."
Step 10
Tap "Other Bank."
Step 11
Choose "Transfer to Another Bank" and select Asenso [RBG].
Step 12
Input the Account Number and Account Name from TOP.PH app.
Note: Mobile number is optional. Paste the copied Account Number and Account Name from TOP.PH app.
Step 13
Input the recipient's details, tap "Proceed."
Step 14
Enter the amount, choose the transfer schedule, and tap "Proceed."
Step 15
An OTP (one-time password) from PSB will be sent to your mobile number to proceed, then key in the provided OTP.
Step 16
Review details then tap "Proceed."
Step 17
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
