Follow these steps to Top Up with the Philippine Bank of Communications
Step 1
Log in to your TOP.PH app.
Step 2
On your home page, tap Top Up.
Step 3
Tap "View all" and select the Philippine Bank of Communications as your preferred bank partner.
Step 4
Tap the "Sample form" and follow the provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to copy the provided Account Number and Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 5
Open the Philippine Bank of Communications app and log in.
Step 6
Tap Transfer.
Step 7
Tap Send Money to Account.
Step 8
Go to Other banks.
Step 9
On the Source Account, select which account you would like to transfer from.
Step 10
On the lower part of your screen, tap Manage Fund Transfer Accounts.
Step 11
Tap Account from other banks.
Step 12
On the upper right corner of your screen, tap the plus sign.
Step 13
On the account, select Rural Bank of Guinobatan/Asenso.
Step 14
Copy the provided Account Number and Account Name from TOP.PH app.
Step 15
Then tap Submit.
Step 16
For Confirmation kindly type in the OTP you received from PBCOM, then tap confirm.
Step 17
On the Target account Select Rural Bank of Guinobatan/Asenso
Step 18
Enter the Amount.
Note: Top Up the amount of P200 and below will have a TOP transaction fee of P10.
Step 19
Then tap Submit. Enter the OTP you received, and tap Confirm.
Step 20
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
