Here's the steps on how to Top Up with China Banking Corporation (CBC)
Step 1
Log in to your TOP.PH app.
Step 2
On your home page, tap Top Up.
Step 3
Tap "View all" and select China Banking Corporation (CBC) as your preferred bank partner.
Step 4
Tap the "Sample form" and follow the provided Top Up Instructions
Note: Make sure to copy the provided Account Number and Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 5
Open the China Banking Corporation (CBC) app and log in.
Step 6
Tap the menu icon on the upper left side of the screen.
Step 7
Select Pay or Transfer and Tap other on the middle part of your screen.
Step 8
Tap the Other Bank's Account and "Add Payee."
Step 9
Select Asenso/Rural Bank of Guinobatan as your bank partner.
Step 10
Paste the copied account number in TOP.PH account. You can also input the "Payee Nickname" for easy access.
Step 11
A confirmation screen will appear. Make sure to check all the provided information and tap "Confirm."
Step 12
You will receive a 5-digit OTP (one-time pin). Tap "Next."
Step 13
A successful transaction will appear on your screen.
Step 14
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
