Follow these steps to Top Up via the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
Step 1
Log in to your TOP.PH app.
Step 2
On your home page, tap Top Up.
Step 3
Tap "View all" and select as your preferred bank partner.
Step 4
Tap the "Sample form" and follow the provided Top Up Instructions.
Note: Make sure to copy the provided Account Number and Name to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 5
Open the BPI app and log in.
Step 6
Tap Menu in the upper left corner.
Step 7
Under Transfers, select Transfer Money.
Step 8
Choose which account you would like to transfer from.
Step 9
Enter the Amount.
Note: Top Up amount of P200 and below will have a TOP transaction fee of P10.
Step 10
Choose Transfer to Another Bank.
Step 11
Select bank and choose Rural Bank of Guinobatan / Asenso.
Step 12
Paste the copied Account Number and Account Name from TOP.Ph app to avoid payment delays and inconvenience.
Step 13
Review details and Agree to the Terms and Conditions
Step 14
Enter BPI Pin Code.
Step 15
An OTP from BPI will be sent to your mobile number to proceed, then key in the provided OTP
Step 16
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
