TOP Out with Bank Of China

Follow these steps to Top Out via the Bank of China.

Step 1:

Launch your TOP.PH app.

Step 2:

From the homepage, tap "Top Out".

Step 3:

Tap "View all" to see all the bank partners.

Step 4:

Select the Bank of China as your preferred bank partner.

Step 5:

Input your Bank of China account details. Tap "Proceed."

Note: You can save this account for easier access. Tap "Save this account."

Step 6:

You will be routed to Confirm details. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction—tap Transfer.

Note: Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

Step 7:

Enter the OTP and tap "Submit."

Step 8:

A screen will appear that shows a successful transaction.

Note: You can download your receipt to have a copy.

Step 9:

You will receive an SMS from TOP.PH that your Top Out is successful.

Step 10

You will receive an SMS from the Bank of China that your transferred money was received.
