TOP Up FAQs

Answer: Wait for 24hrs to reflect the funds. If the funds you have transferred still did not appear in your account after 24 hours, you may fill out the feedback form in the app and a Product Specialist will assist you or send an email to support@theorangeplatform.ph.

Answer: Any Top Up transactions that are less than Php 200 will have a Php15 fee and other bank charges will apply.

Answer: Always make sure that you follow the Top Up Instructions correctly to transfer your money successfully. If funds are not yet reflected after 24hrs, please fill out the feedback form in the app and one of the Product Specialist will assist you or you may send an email to support@theorangplatform.ph.

Answer: TOP.PH will not be liable for erroneous entries resulting in disputes or loss.

Answer: There's no minimum or maximum amount to Top Up.

Answer: Real-time transaction. You may also wait 24-48 hrs. to ensure your transaction was successful. 

Answer: Any Top Up transactions between amounts of Php16 to Php200 will have a Php10 fee.

Answer: Please select Asia United Bank as the bank destination for your TOP.PH account.

Answer: You will only receive an SMS to your registered TOP.PH contact number about your Top up transaction.
