1. What is the minimum amount of Sending Cash?
There is no minimum amount in sending cash.
2.Is there a transaction fee for sending cash to other TOP.PH users?
Sending cash from Top to Top users is free of charge.
3. Can I send cash to a non-registered mobile number with TOP.PH?
Yes, you can send cash to unregistered numbers with TOP.PH but they need to download the app and create an account to withdraw or Top Out the transferred fund.

4. Can I use "Top to Top" for sending funds to other e-wallets?
No, but you can Top Out your TOP Cash on our E-wallets and Bank partners.
5. I send money to another user. But the "Processing" screen is still what the app shows, then I received an SMS from TOP.PH that my transaction was successful. What is the actual "Send Cash" status?
You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH if your transaction is successfully sent. There is also a receipt sent to your email.
You can also view the Transaction History to view your transaction's status.
6. Someone sent me money, but I didn't receive the funds, what will I do?
If you still have not received the funds after 24 hours, please email support@theorangeplatform.ph regarding your concern and include the information needed.

7. I input the wrong Mobile number when I sent cash. What will I do?
For wrong input of mobile number, you can send a ticket through the app or email support@theorangeplatform.ph, and one of the Product Specialists will contact you regarding your concern.
Note: TOP.PH will not be liable for erroneous entries resulting in disputes or losses.
