When will my bill be posted after I paid with TOP.PH?

Paid bills will be posted in real-time on the TOP.PH app. While posting on the biller's side will be within 24 hours.

I input the incorrect details when I paid my bill. What should I do?

The payment can be refundable if there is no existing account with the details you entered. But we cannot guarantee a refund if the details you filled in are associated with a current or another account. Please email us at support@theorangeplatform.ph, and a Product Specialist will assist you with this concern.

Note: TOP.PH will not be liable for erroneous entries resulting in disputes or losses.

How can I view my transaction details after my bill payment?

You may view your bill payment transactions in the Inbox icon at the bottom area of your TOP.PH app homepage.

Can I do a partial bill payment?

Yes. You can pay your bills partially with TOP.PH.

Note: Meralco only accepts two partial payments per CAN (Customer Account Number) monthly.

Do you charge transaction fees? How much?

Yes. We do charge transaction fees, and the amount depends on the biller. To learn more about how much the transaction fee you will be charged, visit [link to transaction fee price list]

How many pay bills transactions can I do in a day?

You can pay unlimited bills in a day. But there is an exemption with Meralco, where you can only pay two monthly transactions per CAN (Customer Account Number).

What should I do if my payment did not push through but was deducted from my TOP.PH account?

Please email us at support@theorangeplatform.ph or contact us at 0917-6726438, and a Product Specialist will assist you with this concern.

Can I still make bills payment after my due date?

Yes, you may still pay after your due date with TOP.PH, as long as your account is still active.

My billing account is already disconnected. Can I still pay bills with TOP.PH?

If your account is closed or disconnected, please get in touch with your biller before paying with TOP.PH.

My bill payment still needs to be posted or in pending status. Can I get a refund?

To see if your payment was pushed through, you can go to the Transaction History at the bottom of your TOP.PH homepage. If your payment is not yet posted and you still have not received a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH regarding your successful transaction within 24 hours from payment, please email us at support@theorangeplatform.ph or contact us at 0917-6726438, and a Product Specialist will assist you with this concern.
