How to send cash via Phonebook?

Here are the steps on how to send cash via Phonebook.

Under the homepage tap "Top to Top".

Step 3

Tap the Phonebook icon on the right side of your screen.

Step 4

Tap "Phone Book." Note: Allow TOP.PH to access your Phonebook.

Step 5

You can now choose the name of the receiver from your phonebook. Note: You can key in the receiver's name in the search box, then tap "Search."

Step 6

Tap the number of the receiver in the search results and tap "Proceed".

Step 7

Fill in the amount to be sent, then tap "Proceed."

Step 8

The "Confirm Details" page will allow you to double-check the filled-in details. If there are incorrect details, tap the arrow back button on the top left of the screen to edit the wrong information. Once confirmed, tap "Top." Note: Please make sure that all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

Step 9

The "Transaction Complete!" screen will appear. To download the receipt, tap "Download" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 10

You will receive a confirmation SMS regarding your sent cash and its details, including the transaction reference number.
