How to send cash via mobile number?

Here are the steps on how to send cash via Mobile Number

Step 1

Log in to your TOP.PH app.

Step 2

Under the homepage tap "Top to Top".

Step 3

Input the receiver's mobile number.
Note: Make sure to input the correct mobile number of the receiver. TOP.PH will not be liable for erroneous entries resulting in disputes or losses

Step 4

Fill in the amount to be sent and tap "Proceed".

Step 5

The "Confirm Details" page will allow you to double-check the filled-in details. If there are incorrect details, tap the arrow back button on the top left of the screen to edit the wrong information.

Once confirmed, Tap "Top."

Note: Please make sure that all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

Step 6

The "Transaction Complete!" screen will appear. To download the receipt, tap "Download Receipt" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7

Step 8

You will receive a confirmation SMS regarding your sent cash and its details, including the transaction reference number.
