Follow these steps to load your prepaid Smart number with TOP.PH.
Step 1:
Launch your TOP.PH app.
Step 2:
Select "Prepaid Load."
Step 3:
Select Smart as your network.
Step 4:
Input your Smart mobile number.
Note: If the mobile number you wish to load is saved to your contacts you can just tap the "Phonebook" icon on the right side of your screen. You can also load someone from your biz card.
Step 5:
Select your preferred promo.
Tap "Proceed."
Step 6:
The "Confirm Details" page will allow you to double-check the filled-in details.
If there are incorrect details, tap the arrow back button on the top left of the screen to edit the wrong information.
Note: Please make sure that all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
Once confirmed tap "Pay".
Step 7:
The "Transaction Complete!" screen will appear. To download the receipt, tap "Download Receipt" at the bottom of the screen. You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH regarding your load via TOP.PH with details, including the transaction reference number.
