How can I verify my Email Address (New User)

Here's the steps on how to verify your Email address.

Step 1

Launch the TOP.PH app and select "Sign Up."

Step 2

Input your username, mobile number, email address, and password, then tap “Next.”

Step 3

Verify the accuracy of your information, then tap "Confirm."

Step 4

An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number you have provided. Enter the OTP then tap "Verify."

Step 5

You have successfully verified your mobile number.

Step 6

You will be redirected to the home page to activate your biometrics, then tap “Activate Biometrics.”

Note: You can skip these steps but recommend activating your biometrics to easily access your accounts.

Step 7

Input a valid email address and Tap "Verify my email" to ensure that your email address is valid.

Step 8

Your registered email address will receive a verification link; tap "Go to email" to find the "Verify Email."

Step 9

You have successfully verified your email address.

Step 10

Once your sign-up has been approved, you will be redirected to the homepage to complete "Account Validation."
