Payment Reference Number (must be 9 characters)
Amount (Input the amount you will pay)
Due Date (for easier access, you can use the calendar in the Date Field, and tap the calendar icon.)
Send receipt to (Email address where the payment receipt will be sent.)
Tip: For easier access, save this template and put a nickname for this by ticking the box on the lower part of your screen before tapping proceed.
