Published in: TOP Up Direct Here’s the steps on how to TOP Up directly by E-wallet (Gcash) Step 1: Launch your TOP.PH app. Step 2: On your home page, tap Top Up. Step 3: At top up direct screen, select GCash as preferred e-wallet. Step 4: Enter the amount or predefined amounts and tap “Proceed.” Note: Screen must display the minutes/hours to complete the Top Up transaction. Step 5: On the confirmation page Tap “Top Up” and then tap “Proceed.” Note: Summary of top up including the service fee. Step 6: You will be prompted to log in to your GCash account by entering your mobile number and tapping “Next.” Step 8: You will receive a 6-digit authentication code via SMS, kindly enter it and tap “Submit Code.” Step 9: You need to enter your GCash 4-digit MPIN and tap “Next” to proceed with the top up. Step 10: Confirm the transaction, tap “Confirm” then tap “Send.” Step 11: You will redirect back to TOP.PH Wallet screen and can view transaction details. Step 12: You will receive a confirmation SMS from TOP.PH upon successful transaction.
