1. Which IDs are accepted for the ID validation process?

Here are the list of accepted IDs:

Driver's License
TIN
UMID
Passport
Philhealth
Voter's ID
PRC
OFW Card
Postal ID
Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Immigrant Certification of Registration

2. Is my personal information safe during the account validation process?

Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your information is treated with the utmost care and is subject to our Data Privacy and Terms and Conditions.

3. How long does the account validation process usually take?

The account validation process typically has a turnaround time of 24 hours.

4. Can I use my account while it's pending validation?

You cannot access features inside the app if your account validation is under review.

5. How will I be notified once my account is successfully validated?

In the event that your account validation is approved, you will receive an email, a message to your registered number, and encounter a pop-up message upon opening the application.

6. What should I do if my validation request is rejected?

In the event that your account validation is not approved, you will also receive an email, a message to your registered number, and encounter a pop-up message upon opening the application.

7. What should I do if my validation request is rejected?

In the event of an account validation rejection, you have the option to select/tap the 'Validate again' button to initiate the account validation process once more.

8. Can I change the ID type I uploaded for validation after submission?

Once the account validation is submitted, you cannot change the ID type you choose to upload.

9. Is there a fee associated with the account validation process?

The account validation process is provided at no cost.

Rejected Application

Here are the reasons why users' applications are rejected:

1. Blurry Image: The ID image is not clear or sharp, making it difficult to read the information.

2. Glitches or Distortions: The ID image may have glitches, distortions, or visual artifacts that affect its legibility.

3. Incomplete Information: The ID may not contain all the required information, such as missing personal details or a photo. Expired ID: The ID may be past its expiration date and no longer valid.

4. Forgery or Tampering: The ID may show signs of forgery or tampering, such as altered information or a counterfeit appearance.

5. Mismatched Information: The information on the ID does not match the provided user details or the database records.

6. ID & Liveliness should match.

Note: After disapproval of the user's application, they will receive an SMS and email outlining the necessary steps for correction. Once the required changes have been made, the user can resubmit their application.

Approved Application

The following are the reasons for application approval.

1. The information details provided are complete and accurate.
2. The information filled out matches the details in the applicant's valid ID.
3. The Valid ID is not expired.
4. Clear Copy of Valid ID.
5. A clear copy of a selfie with a valid ID.
6. The user's identity is verified through the liveness check.
7. The user uploaded a Valid ID.
8. The Liveness Check and the User's ID matched.
