Yes, when logging in to your TOP.PH account, you may use your Username, email address, or Contact number.
For rejected applications, ensure that the information in your ID must be the same as the information you’ve provided in the app. Ensure that you have a clear and readable picture of your valid ID.
If you have yet to receive an OTP (one-time-pin), we suggest checking your SMS spam or email Support@theorangeplatform.ph. You can also tap the "Settings" icon in your TOP.PH app and select Contact Us.
You cannot use the full features of TOP.PH if your account still needs to be validated. Validate your account to access all features of the app.
TOP. PH requires each user's information through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process for its security to reduce the risk of identity theft, money laundering, and fraudulent activity.
