TOP Out FAQ
Step 1: On the home page, select "Top Out."
Step 2: Select any bank you prefer to use to Top out. (E.g., BDO)
Step 3: Fill in the information shown on the screen.
Step 4: Type in the desired amount, name, and account number. There's an option to include your email for a receipt. Select 'Proceed."
Note: You may check the tick box if you want to save the Top Out template to make it easier next time you Top Out with the same information.
Step 5: A Confirmation Details Screen will show. After double-checking the details, tap "Top Out."
Note: Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
Step 6: Your transaction is complete. If you want a copy of the receipt, tap "Download Receipt."
Note: Users should receive a text message that the transaction has been made, including the reference number.
You can Top Out online through our Bank or E-Wallet Partners.
For TOP.PH users, we charge a Php15.00 transaction fee for Top Out of any amount per transaction.
The minimum amount you can Top Out is Php 1.00.
Please check the details you've provided and ensure that you input the correct information. If you didn't receive the funds in 24 hours, you could directly submit a ticket through the app or email at support@theorangeplatform.ph.
TOP.PH to Bank Top Out transactions is processed in real-time.
TOP.PH will not be liable for erroneous entries resulting in disputes or losses.
Here are the steps on how to view the transaction history:
Step 1: Launch your TOP.PH app.
Step 2: Tap the Inbox icon on the lower right side of the screen.
Step 3: You can view the transaction history on that page.
Yes, you will receive an Email and SMS confirmation on your registered email address and contact number on your TOP.PH account.
Yes, you can. To save your TOP Out to other e-wallet or bank account details, you can tap the check box button on the Top Out information details.
