Here are the steps to transfer funds using the Philippine Bank of Communications app.
Step 1
Log in to your PBCom app.
Step 2
From the homepage, tap on "Transfer."
Step 3
Choose "Send Money to Account."
Step 4
Swipe left to find "Other Bank."
Step 5
Tap on "Source Account." Then, tap "Manage Fund Transfer Accounts" at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6
Select "Account from the other banks."
Step 7
To add a new bank, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 8
Choose the receiving bank, either "Asenso" or "Rural Bank of Guinobatan."
Step 9
Provide the recipient's account information which can be found on the sample form of the Top Up Channel.
Step 10
Check all the details provided and tap "Confirm."
Step 11
Enter the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile number in PBCom, and tap "Confirm."
Step 12
Tap back, select Asenso/Rural Bank of Guinobatan as the target bank, and choose "Immediate" for the schedule type. Then, enter the amount you want to transfer and tap "Submit."
Step 13
Review the confirmation details, input the OTP, and tap "Confirm."
Step 14
A successful fund transfer will be displayed on your screen.
