TOP Out with Bank Of The Philippine Islands (BPI)

Follow these steps to Top Out via Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).

Step 1:

Launch your TOP.PH app.

Step 2:

From the homepage, tap "Top Out".

Step 3:

Tap "View all" to see all the bank partners.

Step 4:

Select the BPI as your preferred bank partner.

Step 5:

Input your BPI details Tap "Proceed."

Note: For easier access to this account, you are allowed to save this account. Tap "Save this account."

Step 6:

You will be routed to Confirm details. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction—tap Transfer.

Note: Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

Step 7:

Enter the OTP and tap "Submit."

Step 8:

A screen will appear that shows a successful transaction.

Note: You can download your receipt to have a copy.

Step 9:

You will receive an SMS from TOP.PH that your Top Out is successful.

Step 10

You will receive an SMS from the BPI that your transferred money was received.
