Follow these steps on how to validate your account.
Step 1:
Sign up to TOP.PH’s app.
Step 2:
Fill in the information needed.
Note: Your password must not have spaces, a minimum of 10 characters, and must contain at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character. Tap "Next."
Step 3:
Enter OTP then tap "Submit."
Step 4:
Set up your profile and input your correct information.
Step 5:
A Biometrics log in will appear on your screen, tap "Skip for now" if you want to activate your biometrics later.
Step 6:
On the homepage, tap the coin icon in the upper right of your screen.
Step 7:
Tap "Validate Account"
Step 8:
Account Validation consists of six (6) steps. For step one (1), input your personal details.
Step 9:
Input your Birth information.
Step 10:
Input the details of your Address.
Step 11:
Select employment status and input your business information.
Step 12:
Submit your Valid ID. Ensure that all information and details are clear and readable. All corners of the ID must be captured.
Step 13:
Take a selfie with the same Valid ID you submitted in the previous step. Find a well-lit room to have a clear photo. Tap the checkbox below that you agree to the terms and conditions, then tap "Next."
Note: Ensure to provide your true and correct information to avoid disapproval of your application.
Step 14:
Your form has been submitted. Tap "Done."
Step 15:
You will receive an SMS regarding your submitted documents.
Wait for 1 or 2 business days for the approval of your application.
