Digital pins FAQ
Here are the steps on how to view your purchased digital pin history:
Step 1: From the homepage, tap the lightbulb icon.
Step 2: Select "Games".
Step 3: Tap "Digital Pins".
Step 4: Tap the icon on the upper right side of your screen.
You can now check your 30 days transaction history.
Purchasing gaming pins has no transaction fee.
Gaming Pins have different prices depending on which game you wish to purchase. You may see the prices on the app if you wish to avail.
Answer: Yes, you may use your contact list as a receiver for digital pins.
Step 1: Select the gaming pin you wish to purchase.
Step 2: Tap the Phone book icon.
Step 3: There you may choose from favorites, your circle, your phone book, or from the business cards you have collected.
Answer: Once you have filled in the receiver mobile number and paid the amount you will be redirected to an electronic receipt that will confirm a successful transaction and the receiver will receive the SMS for the gaming pin that was purchased. You may also confirm this by going to your transaction history.
You may purchase as many gaming pins as you wish using TOP.PH.
No, you will not receive an email for your digital pin transaction.
If you didn't receive the gaming pins within 24 hours, please email support@theorangeplatform.ph or you can submit a ticket through the app.
We advise you to check all the information provided when buying a digital pin. We are no longer liable for any user error.
The transaction history of your digital pin last for 30 days.
