Published in: Getting Started Account Validation (Basic Level) Steps Follow these steps on how to validate your account. Step 1 Download TOP.PH and tap Sign Up Step 2 Upon log-in, tap “Validate now” to proceed to account validation. Step 3 Tap the “Validate Account” in Basic Wallet Level. Step 4 Select the ID type to upload and Tap “Proceed.” Step 5 Scan your front side of your “Valid ID.” Step 6 Scan your Back side of your “Valid ID.” then wait for the verifying of your valid ID. Step 7 Once Validated, you need to Scan your Face to complete your Liveness detection. Note: Your ID and your Face detection should be matched to proceed to the next steps. Step 8 Once matched, your personal details will auto fill information from your Valid ID, then tap “Next.” Step 9 You need to fill in your contact details including your present address then tap “Next.” Step 10 Fill in your employment details then tap “Next.” Step 11 Ensure all information is true and correct, and you agree with our Terms and Conditions, before you tick the box and tap “Submit.’ Step 12 You will choose "do e-signature or upload image of signature." Tap “Do e-signature.” Step 13 You will be redirected to the designated box that you need to sign. Tap “Done.” Step 14 Once you sign, tap “Submit application.” Step 15 You have successfully submitted your account validation and wait for the approval within 24 hrs.
