Data Privacy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Orange collects, uses, processes uses, retains, and discloses a User’s personal data or information in connection with such User’s access to and use of the Orange Platform (“Platform”). Personal data refers to all types of personal information, sensitive personal information and privileged information or to information, whether or not recorded in any form, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can reasonably and/or directly be ascertained by the entity holding the information, or, when put together with other information, would directly and certainly identify an individual. Undefined terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the same definition as used in Orange’s Terms of Service.
Collection of Personal Data
In order to effectively provide the Service made available through the Orange Platform, Orange may ask for and collect the following Ppersonal Ddata from Users:
1. Account Data
When Users sign up for an account, Orange requires shall require certain information such as a User’s first name, last name, email address, mobile no., and date of birth.
2. Profile and Listing Data
To use certain features of the platform , such as booking an accommodation or creating a Listing, Orange may ask Users to provide additional information, which may be shall include their address, phone number, and a profile picture.
3. Identity Verification Data
To help create and maintain a trusted environment, Orange may collect identity verification data such as images of a User’s government -issued ID, passport, or driver’s license, or other information necessary in verifying the identity of a User.
4. Payment Data
In order to avail of the Service, such as booking an accommodation or creating a Listing, Orange may require a User to provide certain financial information, like a User’s bank account or credit card information, in order to facilitate the processing of payments.
5. Communications with Orange and other Users
When Users communicate with Orange or use its platform to communicate with other Users, Orange collects information about the Users’ communications.
6. Geo-location Data
Orange may collect information about a User’s precise or approximate location as determined through data such as a User’s IP address or mobile device’s GPS to offer Users an improved user experience.
7. Usage Data
Orange collects information about a User’s interactions with the platform such as the pages or content a User views, his/her searches for Listings, bookings Users have made, and other actions made by a User in the platform .
8. Log Data and Device Data
Orange collects log data and device information when Users access and use the Orange platform. That information includes details about how Users have used the platform, IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages Users viewed or engaged with before or after using the platform.
9. Cookies, etc.
Orange uses cookies and other similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers. Orange may also allow its business partners to use these tracking technologies on the Orange platform or engage others to track a User’s behavior on Orange’s behalf.
10. Payment Transaction Data
Orange collects information related to User payment transactions through the platform, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, email address, IBAN information, or other related transaction details.
11. Data from Third-Party Services
If Users link, connect, or login to their Orange Account with a third-party service (e.g. Facebook), the third party service may send Orange information such as a User’s registration and profile information from that service. This information varies and is controlled by that service or as authorized by the User via his/her privacy settings in that third-party service.

With the consent of Users, Orange uses, stores, and processes discloses Personal Data about Users for the following purposes: (i) Provide, improve, and develop the Orange platform; (ii) Create and maintain a trusted and safer environment; (iii) Provide, personalize, measure, and improve Orange’s advertising and marketing; (iv) Enable Users to enter into payment transactions; (v) Comply with legal requirements. Orange may disclose or allow the disclosure of Personal Data to any person or entity it deems fit only when necessary to achieve the said purposes.
Data Protection
Orange takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data it collects, uses or discloses are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Orange implements technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect User’s Personal Data from loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Orange puts in effect safeguards such as protecting Personal Data using a secured server behind a firewall, deploying encryption on computing devices and physical security controls and by restricting access to User Personal Data only to qualified and authorized personnel who hold User Personal Data with strict confidentiality.
Data Retention
Orange has the right to retain User Personal Data in its facilities located in the Philippines and Singapore unless the User requests that his/her Personal Data to be deleted by Orange. Once deleted, User Personal Data will no longer be searchable or included in anonymous searches and will be completely removed from all the storage locations. However, Orange reserves the right to retain User Personal Data despite a request for deletion by the User under certain circumstances such as when a User’s Personal Data may be necessary to resolve disputes, or if Orange is required to do so by law or when disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation and/or protect and defend the rights or property of Orange or its affiliates. If Orange is required to retain any portion of a User’s Personal Data for such purposes, it shall use reasonable efforts to limit such data to what is necessary to accomplish the particular purpose.
Modifications to Privacy Policy
As Whenever deemed necessary by Orange, this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any modifications will take effect as soon as the modified Privacy Policy is published in the Orange platform. Users should review the Privacy Policy from time to time.
User Data Privacy Rights
Should Users wish to exercise their rights as a data subject (which include the right to access, modify, erase, and object to the processing of a User’s Personal Data) or should a User have any inquiries and feedbacks on this Privacy Policy, and/or complaints to Orange, Users may contact Orange through its contact details published on the platform.
